July 12, 2011. Mark your calendars. Why? No, it's not my birthday. That comes a few days later. No, July 12 is special because that's the release day for Bad Taste in Boys by the sugar-lipped whack-a-ding-hoy Carrie Harris. (Hey those are her words, not mine.)
Now I have to admit I am not a zombie-teenage-boy-loving type of reader. But since getting to know Carrie via Twitter and her blog which you can do here and here. No, seriously, if you don't already do it, go and do it now. Her blog is worth the price of admission just for the design. It's one of my favorites. Not to mention she is laugh out loud funny and regularly cracks me up on Twitter.

Someone’s been a very bad zombie.
Super-smartie Kate Grable gets to play doctor, helping out her high

When did I have bad taste in one boy? Gee, narrowing it down to one might be tough. ;) Let's see...there was the guy who turned out to be dating two other girls at the same time he was dating me "exclusively." He was a real prince.
I will not go into my past dating adventures except to say: I went through a long bad boy phase. They flocked to me like kids to an ice cream truck.

I had a crush on this really cute guy. I had a really bad hair day and he came up to me and said I looked horrible. I cried a lot that day. Boys suck.
A bad taste in boys? err.. I liked this guy who liked me back, total sweetness (serenades, etc) but he suddenly forgot me, moved on. And so did I.. JERK!
